Meditation for Spiritual Growth
Rooted in Jewish teachings and practices, this class is open to people of all faiths, backgrounds and traditions. If you are not Jewish, you will be enlightened and enriched by Jewish perspectives on meditation and will be able to find ways to extract and integrate into your life those teachings that are meaningful and appropriate for you. If you are Jewish, in addition to the above, you will find that your relationship to Jewish prayer, ritual, practices, and personal and community life will be elevated and enhanced by these teachings.
